Toledo City Center Holidays

I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

The room was clean, quiet. The location was great, right across from The Four Seasons, the staff was helpful.

Staff very courteous, room clean and quiet, rain shower is spectacular, and breakfast is delicious (one of the best I ever had). My only suggestion for future guests is not to rent a car if you’re going to visit Madrid. The streets are not easy to drive, you can end up with an accident or a fine and in this hotel the parking is very, very small, not suitable for vans or SUV’s.

It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes. We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.
