Great location and size for girls weekend

Cute and roomy place for a girls weekend. Loved the location we were going to concert at glass bowl stadium university of Toledo. Safe and walkable neighborhood.

The property was so nicely decorated and very clean! Great part of Toledo area to stay at. Close to the Toledo Zoo which is a must when visiting this area.

Great stay

The property met our needs and was well located for our event at the Glass City Center. Host was very accommodating with our early check-in request. Very clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. My only request would be to buy a few more towels and wash cloths. We only had 2 of each for 2 people staying 2 nights. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

Close to the hospital

Had a family member in the hospital nearby. It was a perfect place to stay while we were taking care of our loved ones in the hospital. Host was very helpful and accommodating with a short notice.

Misunderstanding revealed low EQ

This property includes two separate units. Host did not inform us of upstairs and downstairs unit so we entered first floor unit with access instructions. Once contacting host upon arrival, she informed us we were in the wrong unit and was quite impatient. Both units had the same access information. When we moved everything to upstairs, she complained she would have to clean bathroom downstairs since we used it since she had guests coming for 1st floor until in the morning. When inquiring about thermostat, she complained that she doesn't want guests touching the thermostat and became very agitated that she had to change it. NO instructions on the thermostat. Beautiful, clean property on both levels but very, very poor customer service.
