Great location and extremely helpful staff. The rooms and restaurant are beginning to show their age though - nicks and bruises on the furniture and no electrical outlets on one side of the bed. Room was a bit small for our big suitcases. The ROSSIO Restaurant on the rooftop has excellent eclectic food and a nice view.
