"We checked in and were placed on the 2nd floor upstairs with very rough entry. The room had a very stained bedspread and the lamps did not work. The shades were actually just sitting on the light bulb. After a few minutes we gathered our gear and headed out, returning the key to the very nice lady at the front desk. She apologized and told us she could not refund our payment. We drove down the road and checked into a different hotel. Sad our stay didn't happen because of the smell of marijuana and the dirty atmosphere. "

"Room was clean, most everything worked except the heater/air conditioner. The desk phone didn't work, no issue there, who uses landlines anyway. The staff gave us a heater. It hasn't hot enough to worry about A/C. They were very apologetic. "

"Had a wonderful stay, beautiful scenery from the house. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of seasonings and items, same with the bathrooms. Check-in and checkout processes were easy and straightforward."
