"Hotel facilities were fine, room was clean and comfortable. What I didnt like was the pre authorisation on your card on arrival which wouldnt be refunded to the card on departure for 3 to 5 days. If they can take it immediately from your card there is no reason why they cannot refund it immediately ..."

"The apartment is great with a well appointed kitchen and enough space. The only downside is the bedroom blinds are not effective at keeping the light out - especially when there are bright streetlights outside. Recommendation to the hotel is to install some proper blackout curtains."
