Your vacation rental, spread over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: Entrance hall, well-equipped fitted kitchen leading to a large living room, 1 master suite with terrace (1 double bed 140x190) and an adjoining bedroom (2 single beds 90x190) with a bathroom (shower and toilet). Another separate toilet with a washbasin. On the first floor: A large hallway leads to 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (bathtub and toilet): 4 double beds 140x190. 3 bedrooms have a balcony/terrace. Wi-Fi installation in progress - (May 2025) Outside: Large wooded grounds of 3,500 m². 400 m² courtyard for parking. 60 m² terrace extending from the living room. Plus: possibility of having artisanal pizzas delivered on the evening of your arrival, or during your stay, by the owners, restaurateurs. Are you dreaming of a green holiday in a large house close to the sea and tourist sites? Then welcome to Tonquédec in this spacious family home, ideal for finding yourself in a relaxing setting. Several assets distinguish it: a large living room with some of the uncle's antique furniture that brings a touch of soul, its 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, very appreciable for the independence and privacy of each, and the large plot of land, perfect for outdoor meals, games or simply relaxing. Many walks and activities are available nearby: starting with the visit of the medieval castle of Tonquédec overlooking the Léguer 3 km away, 8 km from Lannion, capital of Trégor with its pretty shopping streets, its Thursday morning market. For other cultural activities, the visit of the planetarium of Pleumeur-Bodou will be a must (17 km). 15 km from Nantouar beach, 17 km from Trestraou beach in Perros-Guirec.
