"Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely lady on reception. Cabin was clean and well maintained. The children enjoyed hiring the pedal carts, playing in the pool (although it was supposed to be heated it was still rather chilly!) and feeding the ducks / turtles. It was a short walk to the Main Street in Hervey Bay which was a quiet seaside town. Would recommend staying here 😊"
"Property is showing its age. It's quite clean and has been updated however noise from other units is significant which is not unheard of in properties of this age. TV was painfully small"
"What a gorgeous, comfortable room I stayed in! The bed was so comfortable, you could smell the clean sheets the moment I walked in the room. The armchairs were the most comfortable recliners and the TV was huge!!! The stovetop and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you! The water view was a nice bonus. "

"We were early and the staff seen us and greeted us promptly and were extremely welcoming, the grounds were emaculate.
The room it self was very large and again emaculate, the only thing i had a issue with was finding the fan switch, but when i laid down in bed found it behind the bed side lamp 😂"
"As usual (we've stayed at 'The Duk' many times now), we had a lovely 2 weeks at the Duk 'n' Willa cottage. Even with incredibly wet weather (we had 4 days without rain/showers in the 2 weeks we were there!) we still managed to have a great time and fitted in kayaking, fishing and lots of great beach walks with our dogs. The cottage suits us perfectly: great location being near to restaurants, boat ramps and beaches; comfortable without being pretentious or precious; well appointed; perfect for our dogs with a big outdoor area; and a perfect place to clean up up after fishing and kayaking (all weather outside table; functional laundry, two fridges; hose to wash things down etc etc). We love it."
