"EXCELLENT front desk service and nice room. Everything was clean and location is central with easy access for dining/shopping. Just off Hwy 97. Next to fire hall but area was quiet. Their swimming was out of commission so I gave a slightly lower rating for amenities but hot tub and sauna were great. No comparison to a hotel I stayed at last week for the same price. I will definitely come again and recommend. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist Breakfast was tasty with good variety. swimming pool and water slide was amazing ! It was clean.it was peaceful and not too crowded I would definitely stay again this hotel if i go to Kelowna again...:) "

"Our stay was super nice! Super comfy and cozy for sure (we had the courtyard rooms). We also had a kitchen room, which my mom absolutely loved lol. Super nice staff and super helpful:)The breakfast was also super yummy and I really like how they had different options everyday rather than the same stuff everyday. The variety was super nice to have. Also this hotel is super close to a lot of great eats and stores!! Very good location. One thing I will say is that our bell on the door was not working apparently and even though we turned on the do not disturb - since it was broken, housekeeping still came into the room, but no complaining, they really did an amazing job :)"

"Only thing I did not like was a smoking area right in front of the hotel reception where kids can frequent. It should have been at the back of the property or elsewhere "
