We did look at the air conditioner with you in the morning and it was working and blowing out hot air. Thank you for bring to our attention the hot water system. Hi Tahnee, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We confirm that we do not have a heated pool or heated spa here at the park. We have 2 cold water pools one which has a mushroom water fountain. We apologise if a heated pool is being advertised and if it is ok we would like to contact you to find out where you saw this so that we can have it removed. The amenities block i.e toilets and hot showers are located approximately 100 meters from the pool area all guests of the park are provided access to this.

Hi There, Thanks for your feedback we appreciate it.We do have a range of accommodation available with varying pricing and depending on time of year can vary. We are sorry we had to close our pool for maintenance for a very short period of time. We hope to see you again,as our pool is reopen.
