"We chose this accommodation for a city break. Nice modern apartment in a quiet location by the river. Approx. 20 min walk from the station, and 10-15 min walk to the main city area. Local amenities are all in easy reach. Good facilities in the apartment which was in excellent condition and clean. Communications from the team were excellent."

"We had the best stay at this property. All three properties are very well equipped and were perfect for our large group. The location is stunning and great for doing walks in the local area. Sally was very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the trip and whilst we were there. A hot tub had just been installed a few days before we arrived and was the perfect addition to the property. "Colton Loft was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that one would wish, situated in a beautiful quiet village with the helpful host living just next door. The 3 local pubs Plum and Partridge, Carlton Inn and the Fauconberg were all very good. Exploring York was also easy with the use of the excellent Rawcliff Bar park and ride."
