This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and I have enjoyed it so far. Rooms have been clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It has been relatively quiet both times which is what I need after being on the road for over 12 hours.

Glad we only had to stay one night

Shower heads and controls, were broken. Cofee maker broken, had to unplug refrigerator due to clanking noise. Brafast was marginal, food was cold, nothing fresh

Entered the lobby and immediately starting sweating—temperature on the thermostat said 80 degrees (no mention of “sorry for the inconvenience “ from any worker (we had to wait for lobby clerk). —Had to ask for towels and bedding for pull out couch. —No sink soap, so had to ask for that. —Thermostat didn’t work in the room; it stayed a moist 70 degrees. —Carpet is from early 90’s? —Stains on the walls in the room, desk chair, and couch (way more than normal)

We were here for 1 night. Caulking around the shower was old, not done very well. There were areas of discolored caulking with some areas of caulking exposed to what was behind the shower. The soda bed in the room was disgusting, very dirty, very old. Our friends that we were travelling with had a sofa bed in the same old and dirty condition in their room.

We won’t be going back. Place is so in kept and is in great need of updating. Tiles crooked in sticking up in bathroom, could be dangerous. They need to close down and remodel.. just yuck

No Refrig, No Micro, No Phone, Rude Service

When we walked in there wasn't even a hello. No smile, just whats your name...... Got to the room and got everything unpacked and got out of our daily cloths. Sat down and found that the TV didn't work. So we thought we'd call the front desk to see if someone could walk us through a fix. Guess what? NO PHONE. So I walked down to the desk. The lady came up and messed with it for 20 minutes and then retreated to get new equipment to set up. Its 9:30pm. Finally got the TV on.....she left and then we found out the SOUND didn't work. Couldn't turn it up on the TV or the Remote. So we bagged watching TV to unwind. We needed to put things in the cooler in the frig. Guess what? No refrig. Next morning I went to get coffee and my wifes coffee got cold so we decided to nuke it and realized there was no microwave either. I went down to the desk just to pose a few questions. I asked the woman at the desk if rooms were supposed to have phones. I said mine didn't have one. I asked her if rooms were supposed to have microwaves. She replied "some of them" .....WAH? I asked if rooms were supposed to have microwaves. She replied "some of them". I said your website said all rooms come with them. She said "we don't have anything to do with the website". I said unbelievable.....she replied "have a nice day sir" in a snarky way. We deserve a total refund.

It has been approxiamately 10 years since I lst stayed at a Choice Hotel. They used to be top of the line , no more. Buildings needs an upgrade. Facia board in the lobby was loose and in need of repair. Sofia sleeper in room initially assigned to us was broken. Swimming pool had a broken piper and was out of order, was to be operational in a couple of hours ended up being the nextd day. Requested room be made up between nigth one and night two - did not happen. Had to retrieve our own tp, kleenex, towles, coffee, gather trash. Breakfast was okay but low on coffee, buscits, milk, etc. Had to request more. Will be a long time before I stay at another Choice Hotels property.

This hotel like so many others serms shorthanded. The same font desk clerks are there from early morning til late at night. Breakfast room needs a new refrigerator. You must adk for milk, yogurt, eggs etc to be brought to you. Breakfast Lady is a delight. Shes friendly, smiling and helpful.

We LOVED our huge room with the two queen beds and couch bed (which is broke so we couldn't use) but the room was big, clean beds were so comfortable!
