Room was dirty!!! built up dust on EVERYTHING. Hair in the shower, hair in the corners of bathroom, floor needs mopped. Crumbs on the couch. BED SOOO BROKEN DOWN. Spoke with manager, still haven’t heard back.

First off there was an adult cockroach in my room. The mattress was clearly old as it had way too much give and i could hear the springs when i sat on it.
