Staff was great we enjoyed the food I think the main draw back was it’s a very popular spot on hot days and there isn’t designated parking for people staying at the resort, so sometimes when we would come back it was really hard to find a parking spot

The hotel is perfect for a beachy, chilled holiday if that’s what you enjoy. The small town has some shops etc which is good and Chania is only a 30 minute drive away along with Souda which are beautiful towns. Especially the Chania markets! A must go to if you love a bargain! The hotel could be somewhat more clear on what is included etc. The hotel is amazing so don’t let that put you off but we were told the tourist charge was €10 euro per room, per night, which is correct but we were also charged extra and we’re unsure really what that was for. Also we have been twice to this hotel, the first time when booking we had the option available to go all inclusive plus but the second time that option wasn’t available until we arrived at the hotel and it was quite steep compared to the first time we visited the hotel and with not much difference to the basic all inclusive package. After all a gin and tonic is a gin and tonic be that from the local gin or branded big name gin. Overall though, lovely place to stay and the staff are amazing! So helpful and super polite! Will absolutely be back again!

All the staff are very friendly. Resort felt very safe and the dining experience was great. We're vegetarians and we never left feeling hungry. Slot has to be booked for the steam room and sauna. Which is great, as you're not then sitting awkwardly with strangers. Loved all the personal touches.

This is an amazing hotel. Beautiful location, really chilled vibe, wonderful, kind staff and great food.

Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. We chose All inclusive and the variety and themes were really good. Lots of gluten free options, and also the kitchen could make other dishes upon request. We didn’t use the pool area since we had our own, but it was quite small and guests took beds way before opening. The private beach with umbrellas was nice, but the waves were too high to safely swim but the beach guards were good at monitoring and looking out for the guests.
