"The room was super clean and smelled so good. The bed was comfy. The onsite gym was great! The breakfast could have been better but it served it's purpose. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good location. Walmart next door, McDonald's and gas station across the street."

"New, clean well designed rooms. Five minute walk to beach. Outside pool feels like part of parking lot but adequate. Walking distance to groceries, shopping and great restaurants. Cheaper than condos snd quiet and very clean."

"The Hotel was clean and well maintained however our bed mattress was not comfortable and the toilet was so low to the floor. The toilet needs to be upgraded to taller toilet for better seating comfort and the bed needs a softer mattress for better sleep."

"There was a lot to do, but it was so spread out and getting around was difficult. Unless you want to walk a ton of miles, you need to take a shuttle to get to places which takes like 20 min for 2 miles with al the stops "

"This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again."

"The Residence Inn was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the front desk food and snack selection was poor with much of the shelf space empty. The gym was adequate however for the size of the hotel, the gym was very small with only 3 pieces of equipment, an adjustable bench snd and a dumbbell set. The jacuzzi was great the outdoor pool nice. Finally, breakfast was excellent with eggs, waffles ( only on weekends?! ), oatmeal, grits, and rotating hot food. And it was a pleasant short walk to the Villages in SanDestin. The coffee was excellent. I would definitely rate this an excellent place to stay."
