"I was disappointed to get there and be told they didn't see my booking and the place was fully booked. I got allocated a random room of someone who did not come back, not the room I picked and paid for. When I took a shower the room got filled with water going all the way to the bed. The basin was also leaking. The room was full of spiders and spider webs all over. I will not be booking there again. I didn't even bother going for breakfast this morning. "

"Hotel is in a good location. Pool was out of action for the 11 nights in which I stayed. Food menu was limited and average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large. The hotel is old and it shows. The hotel is good value for money. Shame about the pool being out of action. Wifi is good. "

"We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!"

"The Classy Studio Appartment doesn’t exist. I looked for it for 2hours to no avail. The host Mr Prince Kabiti doesn’t answer the messages. They don’t leave an alternative way to connect. I didn’t receive the service and I expect the refund of my money."

"The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety.. I would definitely recommend this for anyone."

"The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. We didn’t get any sleep that first night. It didn’t end till after three in the morning. The next night it went on for a while. It wasn’t as loud, but we were unable to sleep. The third night was better still lots of noise from downstairs people screaming, and a lot of Bass coming through. The food was very good as well in the restaurant."
