"Clean, great location, helpful staff. But our first night there, the fire alarm went off at 2 am. We were on the 24th floor and started down the stairs only to get trapped by the bottleneck at the bottom caused by lower floors flooding the stairwell. We did not move until the alarm was stood down. ..."
