Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
Great, convenient location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The thermostat in the rooms don’t function properly. So the rooms get very warm (85+) so the window had to be kept open.

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
The ladies at the front desk were not very helpful. I had forgotten my cell phone charger and they couldn't be bothered to assist me. Cell phones are very important not just for pictures. Luckily the lady from the restaurant took the time to find me a charger that I could use.

Small and very overpriced room, very dark. No response from staff. Half the time housekeeping skipped us for the day. Walls are paper thin, dog barking next door. Tiny bathroom. Discovered we had paid more than double. Nope, not again. Outrageous parking.
