Welcome to my 1 bedroom located in the desirable neighborhood of Humber Bay Shores (on the Lake Waterfront)!
This unit is located 5 mins drive away from Sheldon Lookout, 7 mins to Humber Bay Park East, 8 mins to High Park & 21 mins drive from Downtown and visit Toronto's popular attractions including the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, Waterfront Toronto, and many more!
Walkable to the lake & lots of hip restaurants!
Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older
Feel perfectly at home in this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with lots of green space nearby. Perfect for solo travelers, couples and even those in town for business.
This unit has a living room with a perfect setup for relaxation and a fully equipped kitchen and dining. Full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels are provided for guests to use!
The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and there's a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space.
High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps and a 50" TV with streaming options are all provided during your stay!

* There is no free parking provided in this unit but there are several paid parking options nearby like 2428 Lake Shore Blvd W Parking 6 mins walk away and Humber Bay Park West Parking Lot 12 mins away from the house. The parking cost is 10 -20 CAD a day.
*There are also no dishwasher, and washer & dryer provided in this unit. Nearest is Paul's Laundromat 3mins walk from the unit. Another one is 24 Hour Coin Laundromat which is 6 mins walk from the unit.
*There are security cameras on the building premises only. No camera inside the unit.
