Welcome to this modern yet cozy Garden House. Located on a picturesque and tranquil street in walking distance to all of life's necessities. Steps to the lake and waterfront trails. Stroll down the street to a public swimming pool, walking trails, tennis courts & parks. Enjoy lots of great restaurants (Cellar Door and Kitchen on Sixth), cafes (Le Gourmand and Sydney Grind) and public transport all at your door step!

Perfectly located just 20 mins from Toronto Pearson International Airport, 15 minute drive to downtown Toronto. Easy access to all major highways. Quiet family residential neighbourhood.

Guests can enjoy the cozy living/dining room space complete with a seating chair and sofa bed that easily sleeps 2 guests. A 55 inch tv with access to all Roku channels and apps including Netflix, Disney, Youtube, etc…..wifi internet at super fast speed.

Incredibly modern kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, wine glasses, and top of the line appliances (fridge, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher).

Basics such as blankets, linens, towels, toilet paper, etc are provided. Any special additional requests can be accommodated.

Enjoy the large lofty upper level with a queen size bed and lots of storage for your clothes and items.
