elevator was broken and the front desk manager took us up the service elevator. he was really trying to help. thus hotel is a big, popular hotel for tourists with a busy lobby. good reasonable rates.

Fairmont Royal York
Booked a king suite and photos of the room online were not what the room was. For $1000 a night having a tub shower and a toilet squeezed right next to it wasn’t what was pictured (beautiful white marble bathroom with gold fixtures….ya this bathroom was 30+ years old) Lobby bar was nice but the rooms ...
