"I have done much travelling and the Breakfast Buffet was second to none. Fresh Hot and Cold selections of all sorts incuding a great assortment of breads, bagels and breakfast sweets. Fresh milk , great coffee and tea selections, fresh fruit an assortment of items to make your own breakfast sandwich if that’s want you wanted. Super clean cutlery and great quality. "

"The Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. The food and service in the restaurants are excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. Access to the underground PATH is very useful when outside weather is not ideal. The Hotel is close to many downtown Toronto venues and attractions."

"For a cheaper price, I expected things to be a little dated but out room was very subpar unfortunately. I know others who have stayed here in more updated rooms but ours was not like this. Bathroom door didn't close, fan didn't work, windows didn't close once opened. Staff were kind. "

"Excellent and prompt service from hotel staff; our executive suite was comfortable and clean. It's great to see the restaurant open again (only for breakfast for now) after years of closure. We stay at this hotel often and are noticing however that the rooms are starting to look tired (carpets are wearing, furniture is dated, walls are scuffed, etc). Windows are in need of upgrading, both for thermal efficiency and to reduce street noise. "
