"Hotel is very modern, new(?), and clean. The gym was small, but the most minimal/aesthetic gym I’ve seen. Has everything you need to get a good workout in while traveling. Room is clean and beautiful! Great amenities. Hotel also has a work room, conference room, and serves breakfast at a small cost. Lobby has a bar/cafe which is very convenient and hotel also offers room service. Staff are all so very kind and helpful."

"On walking into the hotel reception the lovely clean smell was noticeable and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. Our suite was a good size, very nicely equipped and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the balcony outside gave us a distant view of the Duomo. The hotel is set in a nice area and at no point did we feel unsafe. The tram stop is about fifty yards from the hotel entrance and the nearest Metro is about a ten minute walk away. I can highly recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely and very well maintained hotel; in my room, everything was new and working; attentive staff; great breakfast; dined at the downstairs restaurant once - had the artichoke and the risotto, both were terrific. Duomo is a 10 min walk; this was the least expensive 5-star option in Milano for the days I was there, I’m very happy with my choice! "

"Nice hotel. Car park needs drains! Plants in lobby need care. Feel’s owners are not able to still give it the attention they once did. "
