Location is a bit out of the Cinque Terre way, but quiet and onlt 10-15 min walk to Bonassola town center/beach (down the hill). Room is very nice, clean and the view is absolutely stunning! Very nice and welcoming staff, a special thank you to wonderful Oksana and Corrado for being so attentive and helpful! Highly recommended!"

"The property grounds are very special, nature and immaculate grounds care. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, staff very attentive to all our needs and helped with laundry for a fee and shuttled us to the town to eat, to train station and back to our room. The room was immaculate and very comfortable."

"You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD. This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location You really need to tell the truth. The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay."

"From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel."
