"Paolo is a caring, considerate and flexibel host. He gave us tips for exploring the region and where to get everyday goods. The apartment offers enough space for a family of four. It is located a very short walk away from a cute supermarket, ice-cream parlour & bar as well as the perfect spot for swimming in the lake. "This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

"Arrived at accommodation but no-one there to check us in & had to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

The children were able to play around the house because no cars could drive in the immediate vicinity due to the winter conditions.There was also the opportunity to go sledding right in front of the house. Great stay in Tirano!

"Alessia was so helpful checking in, helping with transportation and explaining the procedures they’ve set up that are really efficient. The room was not large but set up well and the linens and towels were top of the line. I would definitely stay there again. Although we missed breakfast due to time constraints, the dinner we had there was delicious. Tagliatelle buckwheat pasta with cabbage & potato was SO good, as was the salad and pizza."
