Modern Villa, spectacular private pool with sea view, only 3 minutes to beach!

"The vila is beautiful and very well equipped. I would have rated it 10 of 10 if not for some issues with some of the electronic appliances and outdoor lighting that did not work and we had to wait the entire weekend for it to be fixed . So I will rate it 8.5 out of 10."

"Great house, perfect for a comfortable stayWe had an amazing vacation in Puglia, the villa is just super! The pool is huge and clean, and the rooftop terrace with a gorgeous sea view was our favorite place for evenings. Inside, everything is new and modern. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped. Air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the house nice and cool. A special plus for the internet — the connection is fast and stable, so working from there was no problem at all. The house is clean and cozy. Highly recommended!"

"Danieles Haus ist einfach super: top in Schuss mit sehr guten Matratzen und Klimaanlage die wegen der günstigen Lage kaum eingesetzt werden musste. Angrenzend an beide Schlafzimmer gibt es jeweils ein Bad. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool (z.T. 2 Meter tief) angrenzend an die große Außenküche und Tischtennisplatte. Die Züge die man ein paar mal täglich hört (nicht nachts) haben uns nicht gestört und auch nicht die Nachbarn die kaum Einblick in den Garten mit Pool haben, der uns exklusiv zur Verfügung stand. Durch die strategisch günstige Lage kann man die Top Spots der Region schnell besuchen. Wir waren bereits glücklich im wunderschönen und nicht so überlaufenen Carovigno (8 Autominuten entfernt). Wenn wir wieder in der Region sind kommen wir wieder. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst zuvorkommend und diskret zugleich: Vielen Dank Daniele!"

"Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und mit einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr gut ausgestattet. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage , umgeben von Olivenhainen. Zu dieser Zeit gab es nicht viele Nachbarn auf den angrenzenden Grundstücken. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Gepflegtesr sauberer Pool. Leider war das Wetter zu windig, um ihn wirklich jetzt nutzen zu können.Die Kommunikation mit Gianluca ist unkompliziert, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder"
