On the first floor you will find a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a practical toilet, going up the stairs, on the upper floor you will find 3 exterior bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and going up another stairs you will find a very sunny terrace with partial sea views. Community with SWIMMING POOL. Includes sheets, bath towels, gel, shampoo, WIFI, washing machine, oven...
★The comfort of your home, very close to the SEA! Very bright and cheerful apartment.
★The KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... and all the utensils you can imagine. For hygiene reasons you will not find elements such as oil or salt.
★The LIVING ROOM includes 2 comfortable sofas, a big TV, a dining table with chairs and just the right amount of furniture so that it doesn't take up extra space. It also has air conditioning and heating.
★3 BEDROOMS, 2 with a double bed(1.50m), and the other with 2 single trundle beds(0.90m). Besides air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms.
★It will be on the TERRACE on the top floor where you will spend the best moments. From where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and read a good book while having a drink or simply have a relax moment: you can't ask for more!
★1 BATHROOM with shower, gel, shampoo, towels, hair dryer... AND 1 TOILET with sink and WC.
