Close to centre of Florence, room ok, clean

This hotel is in a great location close to all the sites in the old city. The rooms are nice but small. It was clean and bed was comfortable. A great option for a weekend stay.

The property is at an amazing location with great views of the Tuscan landscape but requires a car as you are a bit far from the city centre. Pool area is big but not enough seats or umbrellas. Dining options were limited and breakfast ok, nothing special. Counter staff not overly excited to welcome you or acknowledge you when walking by. Rooms are ample and bathroom well equipped.

Staff were friendly. Close to train station & centre. 3rd floor room with no lift with suitcases wasn’t ideal but manageable. The breakfast area a bit cramped. Our in room safe didn’t work- told the staff but it wasn’t repaired during our 3 night stay. Also no replacement of tea & coffee or water in the room during our stay. Overall good as long as you can handle stairs. Great location for exploring.
