O hotel possui excelente localização, infraestrutura maravilhosa mas precisa de manutenção em diversos setores. Na área da piscina a parte da jardinagem requer cuidados e a água estava turva. No quarto o ar condicionado não oferece a possibilidade de ajuste de temperaturas também não dispõe de interfone para acessar a recepção ou restaurante. Quanto ao serviço oferecido pelo restaurante notamos despreparo dos funcionários que nos atenderam e no bife de jantar a comida estava bem salgada. O que foi uma pena pois haviam várias tipos de pratos!

O hotel é ótimo, mas precisa de reparos, troca de mobília, cadeira da piscina está gasta, desbotada. Chuveiro elétrico também precisa ser trocado.

Excelente opção de lazer em Torres

Bom hotel, com ótimo atendimento, em local agradável, porém com sinais de falta de manutenção, principalmente nas áreas externas. Acredito seja pela pandemia que o obrigou a ficar fechado 2 anos. Em breve, com certeza, irá se recuperar, pois o local é muito bom.

Hotel caro velho banheiro precário box pequeno sem água quente na torneira toalhas velhas e puídas arrumação de quarto falha pedimos para arrumar duas vezes saímos e voltamos e não arrumaram café da manhã fraco informações na recepção falhas sem atenção com hóspede hotel precisando urgente manutenção. Quarto velho e geladeira velha quebrada sem copo no quarto. Cheiro de mofo no quarto. Decepção pelo valor pago procure outro hotel na cidade com melhor valor mais novos e limpos.

Hotel Showing its Age, But Still Charming

The hotel has a lot of charm, but it is showing it age in certain areas. The pool stands out, as not all the water features were functioning. The people working were extremely nice and I enjoyed my interactions with the employees. Breakfast was very good. A lot of options and very tastey. I would stay there again.

O hotel não tem ninguém que ajude com as malas quando tu chega, o quarto é muito antigo, assim como o banheiro, as cortinas são péssimas pois entra muita claridade, toalhas péssimas, quando voltar a cidade irei procurar um hotel melhor.

Hotel que parou no tempo..antigo..colchão e travesseiros sem conforto algum, assim como sistema de iluminação. Café da manhã normal, nada excepcional. Merece uma boa reforma e modernizada, pois a estrutura fisica é boa.

Não recomendo o hotel.

O atendimento tanto na recepção como no jantar foi bom, mas o quarto pelo valor que foi pago era muito simples, sem agua quente na torneira do banheiro, ar condicionado fraco e não fornecem touca para o cabelo. O cafe do manha bem simples, estacionamento rotativo sem conforto, ninguem veio ajudar com as malas, área kids suja e sem monitores, piscina térmica razoavel, mas pequena. Área externa do hotel bonita. Não fiquei satisfeita pela diaria paga de 330,00 pelo quarto mais simples, era o unico quarto disponivel. Não recomendo.

Nossa estadia foi super agradável e tranquila, a equipe do hotel sempre simpática e acessível. Acreditamos que a limpeza, sobretudo dos quartos, pode melhorar bastante. O hotel é antigo porém fomos bem atendidos e no geral é bom. Para mim deveria ser 3 estrelas no máximo mas como tem piscinas isso deve elevar as estrelas para 4. A localização é ótima (frente ao parque da guarita e costas para as dunas). Acho que nos decepcionamos mais com o perfil de alguns clientes do que com o hotel em si. Tem pessoas que deveriam alugar cavernas para se portar isoladamente dos de boa educação.

Para um hotel 4 estrelas começou já errado. Ao chegar ao hotel não tinha ninguem para ajudar a levar as malas até a recepção. O quarto tinha apenas 1 tomada disponivel que ficava ao banheiro,o que é um absurdo. No quarto no lugar onde deveria ter uma tomada tinha um buraco. A tv alem de só ter canais abertos, os mesmos viviando saindo do ar e com qualidade muito ruim. Cafe da manha fraco... sucos aguados, com gosto de ser suco de pózinho.

Excelente com ressalvas..

A estrutura, as opções de entretenimento e o custo benefício são excelentes! Ficamos um final de semana em que choveu durante todos os dias, porém o hotel te oferece uma piscina térmica com temperatura perfeita, sauna seca e outra úmida, salão de jogos além bebidas e comidas diversas, ou seja, deu pra nos divertir demais! Se fosse dar um conselho para melhorar eu diria somente para trocarem os splits, pois fazem muito barulho (estão visivelmente antigos), melhorarem o wifi (não pegava o sinal na cama, tinha que ficar perto da porta) e oferecerem opções para vegetarianos e veganos no café e cardápio, por ser a alimentação mais consciente e condizente com o futuro. Parabéns para o Hotel!

Pontos positivos: quarto família, boa localização, boa piscina, opção piscina aquecida. Negativos: na chegada nos ofereceram um quarto no piso térreo, com cheiro forte de naftalina e muitos pernilongos no banheiro. Fomos trocados de quarto, prontamente atendidos pela recepção. Café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de cuidado, alguns mosquitos pousando nos frios e outros produtos , e peguei um suco de abacaxi impossível de tomar, no café anterior provavelmente foi utilizado final abacaxi quase passado, pois o suco estava fermentando, azedo.

Contando um Pouco o Hotel em si tem otimas instalações a recepção dos funcionarios ótima, mais de inicio fui trocado 3 vezes de quarto, reservei um quarto com 1 cama de casal e duas de solteiro chegando ao local era apenas uma de casal e uma de solteiro, frigobar quase vazio, enferrujado, wi-fi de péssima qualidade, a principio pensamos em futuramente voltar com nossas familias mais no geral a estadia foi frustrante.

Hotel em localização agradável

Próximo do Guarita Parque, ponto turístico de Torres. Bom hotel, mas quando observados alguns detalhes das instalações verifica-se a necessidade de manutenções, as quais não forem iniciadas em breve ou levadas em conta irão comprometer a qualidade da propriedade e não condizentes com um 4*. O banheiro e acessórios poderia ser melhor. Cobertores precisam ser trocados pois estão desgastados com o uso e dão uma impressão ruim.
