Beautiful and modern accommodation of 90 m², located on the beachfront. It has a side sea view from the terrace.

It has an elevator, balcony, air conditioning throughout the accommodation. It has a community pool.(THE POOL IS NOW UNDER RENOVATION AND CANNOT BE USED)

The apartment is fully equipped for vacation tourism: there is an iron, hair dryer, internet access (wifi), TV with Spanish channels.
