"This property is the one closest to Capitol Reef NP. It was very nicely appointed and was my favorite hotel during our trip to the Southwest. Love the outdoor space and super comfortable beds!"

The red-rock gateway to Capitol Reef National Park offers spectacular hikes where you'll spot bighorn sheep and ancient petroglyphs. Drive the scenic byway early morning when the light transforms the towering sandstone formations, or rent ATVs to explore the lesser-known slot canyons nearby.
Really not much to do in Torrey except Capitol Reef National Park and a few hotels and restaurants and a general store. If you're not too tired and plan to visit other NPs, consider just driving through to Moab (East) or Springdale (SW).

We love Torrey!! It is a small community but the locals are extremely friendly and helpful. If you come through here, you should take the time to drive over Boulder Mountain and visit the Anasazi State Museum in Boulder. Worth the extra time.

Torrey looked like a great town but dead in the winter. The closest grocery store is about 20-25 miles away. Only restaurants open were in Loa which is 30 miles away.

Cute little town, many businesses had just closed for the winter, however; we still had plenty of options. Would love to return in warmer months for another stay!

Small town! Beautiful scenery. Could use a gas station that is open 24 hours, but it is a small community. Great travel destination.

Small town that closes down early. If you are here in the off season, don't expect a late night out. Plan ahead for sure.

Good dinner and breakfast options for such a small town. A good place to rest outside Capital Reef National Park.
"We loved our stay here. Such a unique and cool hotel with so many fun and comfy accommodations. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Capitol Reef. It also has stunning view of the cliffs from your hotel room window. "
"Fun and unique stay for our family of 5 in a covered wagon. Had everything you need and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast at a hotel"
"Very nice staff location is a little bit remote closest place to eat is 18 miles from the hotel one way and 30 the other way so don’t go there hungry the breakfast was OK too"
"It seemed awesome, we didn’t actually get to stay, when we got there the power was out due to wildfires nearby. Staff was super nice, and the hotel looked amazing. Will be back one day."
"The staff at the front desk Jerome I think was his name was very friendly and nice. He greeted me with a smile when I checked in.
The pool area was nice. Just wish the outside smoking area was a bit farther away from the open garage door area. The smoke smell worked it's way into the pool area. "
"The Inn was close to Capitol Reef National Park. We had a large room (Sagebrush) with lots of windows and a balcony. It was clean and very comfortable. We loved the quietness and the stars were amazing!"
