"The house is in a great location as a home base for visiting the parks in the area. It is very quiet, with no other homes nearby. The view is so beautiful! It was very clean inside and everything is labeled well. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. Only negative is the yard and deck area could have been cleaned up and maintained better, it was not very inviting to sit outside. Overall it was a great trip and would stay again."

"We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. "We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip to southern Utah before leaving on the road back to Chicago. The house was amazing! It may have been the nicest rental we've stayed in ever. It was very clean and tidy, modern interior design/decor, there was space for our clothing (we had been on the road for 1.5 weeks and some rentals had no room to put our clothing), Linda (our host) had everything we needed including bowls, treats and poop bags for our pups + coffee, tea, soda, water, etc......
