"Incredibly friendly staff, especially Naomi was very helpful and cheerful. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. "This is a family run hotel, and it shows. The Consolini family really care about their business, and they have invested a lot of time, money, energy and enthusiasm into the hotel.
