"Pros: Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft hatte man uns einen Imbiss und einen Obstkorb vorbereitet, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und es waren viele Lebensmittel zum Verzehr bereitgestellt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Cons: Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer ist nicht völlig abgetrennt, die Wand zum Flur an dem beide Zimmer liegen, bietet nur Sichtschutz."

"Pros: Die Kommunikation war reibungslos, vielen Dank Davide. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, wo parken kein Problem war. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist das nötige Geschirr vorhanden. Zur Information: Lebensmittel zum kochen sind keine vorhanden. Zum Baden hat mir persönlich der Teranga beach in der Nähe sehr gut gefallen. War ein schöner ruhiger Urlaub!"

"The staff was outstanding, they really care to make our visit pleasant. One area of opportunity is around refinishing the flooring, wood is nice but didn’t really want to step on it due the wear of finish. The queen bed should be located on the lower section of the room, no need to have2 beds and have a couple go up when staying. Balcony vote was the best and free parking in front of hotel."

Cosima est adorable et la communication avec l'ensemble des hôtes a été très fluide ! The property is beautiful, peaceful and ideally located for exploring many of Puglia’s traditional villages and towns. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, the rooms have air conditioning , and the swimming pool is superb. We absolutely loved our stay at Alvica and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Puglia. We would definitely come back! 🇮🇹❤️"

"Struttura magnifica, addirittura più bella che in foto.Nell’aperta campagna di San Michele Salentino, permette di conciliare il relax più completo alle giornate nelle spiagge Pugliesi, raggiungibili in un tempo ragionevole.Proprietari gentili e premurosi, seguono personalmente la struttura, che ci è stata consegnata pulitissima. Giornalmente si sono occupati di verificare il funzionamento della piscina, ma la loro discrezione è stata tale da non averli mai incontrati.Un soggiorno meraviglioso, senza nessuna eccezione."

"We had a fantastic family stay at this beautiful and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puglia. We stayed in a spacious family room with two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for us. The room was stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep.Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming, making it a lovely way to start each morning. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and a stunning lobby where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering the beauty of Puglia. We easily visited Oria, Ostuni, Francavilla Fontana, Gallipoli, Nardò, and several stunning beaches, within a short drive. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the accommodation and service to the breakfast and location. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable holiday in Puglia."

"The place was clean, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. It’s a calm town, and the restaurant is just a five-minute walk away. Everyone is friendly, and the food is amazing. It’s way better than other places nearby, and the price is great. The amazing view makes it a must-visit. I’ll definitely go back and strongly recommend it."
