Location is great. It is very clean and has everything you need. However, the shower leaked so much it was difficult to keep up when 3 people needed to shower and toaster did not work. I contacted management and nothing was done. Overall it was good.

Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was superb. Comfy beds, quiet, the only complaint we had was that both times we tried to have a shower, there was very little hot water.
