L'appartement a 3 chambres et pas 4 comme indiqué, donc si vous etes 8 personnes, 2 dorment dans des lits pliables au salon ou repartis dans les autres chambres. La piscine est a 20 m de l'appart, tres accesible, avec des enormes espaces vertes, et une super plage de sable, entre les dunes a 5 min a pied. Vous aurez besoin d'une voiture pour faire des courses ou en vélo. L'appart il a tout ce qu'il faut.

Como siempre montse super atenta y resolutiva con cualquier cosa que ocurra saludos y seguir asi Se podría mejorar el suelo de la terraza que es de piedra volcánica y es molesta,, se mete en casa pegada a los zapatos,, por lo demás todo bien

Ein guter Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir haben uns gut erholt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Strand Naturbelassen. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und liegt in ruhiger Gegend nich weit vom Pool und Strand. Einige Mängel würden schnell behoben. Klimaanla wurde komplett erneuert. Die Handwerker im Haus haben zeitweise genervt. Das Haus hat zwei Mannko: - Der Garten ist unpraktisch gepalnt (Terrasse zu schmall) und ungemütlich (Lavasteine, kene Pflanzen) - Die beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind total durch gesessen Preis Leistung ist Ok.

einfaches aber nettes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen

Das Haus ist einfach aber nett. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, die Sofas und die Küche wirken etwas ungepflegt und schon älter. Die Küche ist sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Aber wir haben uns mit allem behelfen können. Das Haus war sauber, ausser die Tagesdecken auf den Betten waren​ schmuddelig, die sollte man weglassen. Die Terrasse könnte liebervoller angelegt sein. Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit. Die Siedlung ist sehr ruhig auf jeden Fall im April. Die Siedlung wirkt an manchen Stellen etwas ungepflegt. Das angegebene Restaurant und der Kaufmann hatten geschlossen und sahen auch nicht so aus, als ob sie demnächst wieder öffnen. Zum Einkaufen muss man also ca 5 bis 10 km km fahren,je nach dem wie günstig man Einkaufen möchte. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und sind besonders nett im Büro behandelt worden. Wir würden wieder kommen, da das Haus für den Preis vollkommen okay war.
