Great location but a little basic and definitely no frills.

The best things about this apartment were the view, the WiFi and on site parking. The staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Guests need to be aware that on arrival unless you book towels in advance there will not be any in your apartment. We were given one toilet roll and a dishcloth. No tea towels but there is a very small dishwasher. When we realised you could get towels but had to pay extra for them I tried to contact the Inmostartit office but nobody there until 11.55 am(despite regular office hours on display outside the closed office. With our welcome pack we were given a list of does and don’ts. This included ‘ excessive use of water or electricity will be charged for’ .!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung direkt am Strand ️

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns -wir waren 2 Erwachsene. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Küche ist ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Geräten usw. Balkon sehr schön mit Blick aufs Meer. Angenehm ist auch, dass nur vormittags die Sonne auf den Balkon scheint. Die Lage war perfekt - wir mussten nur über die Straße zum Strand laufen - besser geht nicht. Für uns war in der Vorsaison (Juni) das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder ️

Schöne Wohnung, durch Nordlage etwas kühl

Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr ordentlicher Zustandn in einem etwas älteren Gebäude, schöner Meerblick, Balkon etwas Morgensonne, Schlafzimmer geräumig, Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr zuvorkommender Service von Inmoestartit, u.a. wurde eine defekte Glühlampe innerhalb weniger Stunden nach Reklaation geräuschlos ausgetauscht Pool könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Dort waren an einem Tag auch voll bekleidete (einschließlich Kopftücher) Mohammedanerinen - im Wasser- obwohol das nach den ausgehängte Baderegeln verboten war, wurde aber nicht vom Aufsichtspersonal unterbunden. Das Treppenhaus im Gebäude wirkt etwas dunkel.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très agréable, une vue imprenable sur la plage et les île Mèdes. Fonctionnel il ne manque rien. Bien placé la boulangerie, la pharmacie, boutique d articles de plage en bas de l immeuble. La plage est en face il n' y a que la rue a traversé.

Immer wieder schön

Direkt am Strand mit eigenem Parkplatz, Pool und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gut ausgestattete Küche Die Küche ist etwas dunkel. Im Wohnzimmer mussten wir die Möbel umstellen damit der Esstisch auch von 4 Personen genutzt werden kann.
