The grounds are amazing! The beaches are amazing! It is a little rustic, but I would definitely recommend it to a family looking to actually relax.

Nice place a lot of families and a lot of kids. The buffet had decent food but was constantly out of clean plates. Even though we had paid for all meals we opted for the à la carte restaurants most of time, because of the service and crowded buffet. Everything else was really good. We have to give a shoutout and high recommendation to restaurant Sarda and Greta the amazing waitress! Good food and impeccable service at that restaurant, same with the monte Turri restaurant - although quite expensive. All in all a good place and we had a great time at this resort.

This resort was the biggest disapointment ever. Place is dirty, not well maintanance, not well organize. But the biggest problem is stuff. Employes are rude to customers and very lasy. Especialy very rude was the waitress selling the ice cream by the pool. Very offten she was not there, very offten with her phone behind the bar and not respond to a greating and sentence I do not care was not an exeption. When I saw FALKENSTEINER - that was the main reason to book this resort, but It was the worst experience I have ever had with booking by Expedia.

Un resort splendido con spiagge mozzafiato e colazione di alta qualità. Il servizio è stato impeccabile fin dal nostro arrivo. Siamo stati accompagnati direttamente alla reception e da lì in camera. Il relax è potuto iniziare immediatamente.

Had voor 11 nachten geboekt maar ben na 6 nachten vertrokken. Kamer is erg basic, familiekamer blijkt hetzelfde te zijn als de classic dus waarom ze apart worden aangeboden is mij een raadsel. Flesje water in de koelkast bij aankomst en daar blijft het ook bij. Geen minibar, geen telefoon, geen zenders op de tv ( alleen youtube en google betaalde films), nog geen glas om wat uit te drinken en geen welkomsdrankje. Buiten 1 plastic stoeltje, binnen een houten bureaustoeltje. Waterkoker kun je lenen bij de receptie (borg). Het bed voelde oud aan met 2 platte kussentjes. 2 oude dekens in de kast om nog enigzins warm te blijven in de nacht en het rook er ook muf. Verder ook geen scooterverhuur zoals wel aangegeven. Ontbijt was in buffetvorm, druk en iedere dag hetzelfde, ook vrij basic. Heb de criteria van een 4 sterrenverblijf in Italie er even bijgepakt en dat is het zeker niet. Het enige wat ik prima vond was de schoonmaak, die dames werken hard en goed. De regendouche was dan weer wel fijn. Wat ook vervelend was, is dat de shuttleservice een week van tevoren geboekt moet worden dus wat mij betreft niet erg flexibel. Als je zonder eigen vervoer komt ben je behoorlijk aangewezen op het resort zelf. Wat ik ook erg miste was een simpel winkeltje waar je bv een fles water kon kopen. Samengevat geen comfortabel verblijf.
