We are renting out a charming one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a residence in Arbatax for the summer. The apartment is on a single level on the ground floor and consists of a living area with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, followed by a hallway leading to a double bedroom and a bathroom; it is air-conditioned, very bright, and tastefully furnished. Featuring a private entrance, it has a private outdoor area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The apartment is about 150 m from Cala Moresca Beach, about 1 km from Porto Frailis Beach, about 350 m from the Rocce Rosse in Arbatax, and a short distance from the harbour and marina, from which you can reach the beautiful coves of the Gulf of Baunei (Cala Sisine, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzè, etc.). The location, just a few minutes’ drive from city centre Tortolì—which is full of shops and businesses—is ideal as a starting point for exploring all the attractions of the Ogliastra province. The area near the residence offers all necessary amenities, including a supermarket and a pharmacy. Tortolì-Arbatax is the economic hub of this small province and offers everything a tourist might need. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, dishes, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, smart TV, coffee maker, air conditioning in all rooms, hair dryer. Guests have access to the entire apartment, the entrance courtyard, and an outdoor parking space. The municipality of Tortolì has a separate waste collection system; therefore, guests are asked to follow the rules and instructions provided upon arrival at the apartment. Guests are also asked to treat the apartment with care and to leave it free of trash, with the refrigerator empty and the hob clean. For electricity usage, a maximum daily allowance of 10 kW/h is provided free of charge to the tenant; any usage exceeding this limit will incur a charge of €0.60 per kW/h, which will be billed to the tenant.
