Cozy apartment located on the first floor of a terraced villa, surrounded by greenery in a quiet area. Just a few steps from the Sughereta Park, it is ideal for couples or small families and is less than 1 km from the beaches of San Gemiliano and Porto Frailis. It represents the perfect solution for a relaxing holiday between sea, nature and comfort.
The apartment, situated on the first floor, is accessible via dedicated external stairs. You can enjoy all available spaces, including a 40 sqm veranda, perfect for relaxing dinners in the evening.
The accommodation features a double bedroom with a private bathroom. For families with children, there is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom, equipped with a shower and accessories, is accessible exclusively from the bedroom and not directly from the living room. For this reason, it is recommended that guests are members of the same family unit (2 adults and 2 children).
