"We were disappointed at the El Faro Beach Club which was supposed to be included with our room. When we arrived there were no lounge chairs available and we were only offered cane backed uncomfortable CHAIRS. When 1 lounger became available we were told we couldn't use it because it was for reservations only???? We were disappointed in the experience."

"We can't say enough about this property. Chris met us at the gate and showed us around. He was easily reachable if needed. The kitchen & BBW area are well-stocked and we LOVED that there are no televisions in the house. The ocean is a short easy walk, including to a baby turtle release facility (which had just finished for the year but was still fun to check out). The town of Todos Santos was fun to explore. The neighborhood of Las Tunas is a walkable distance with a couple of restaurants and shops including a delicious gelato shop.We wished we could stay longer. "

"We loved our week at Casa Del Toro. It really gave us (8) plenty of room for play, relaxation and privacy. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and there was plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking and barware. First class all around. I would definitely return here and I'm very picky.Note-there is a pharmacy at the very end of the road as you head into town. But, you will need to drive if you want more beer or other grocery type items, as the house/compound sits outside of the main area by about 2.5 miles.Also, you really do need to get an SUV or some type of car with good suspension. The roads are rough, but easily traveled with the correct driver and car. Go SLOW. "

"If you are a fan light jazz playing softly from 8am to 8pm and are into a 'detox' holiday with gluten free baked goods, healthy juices and snacks - then this is your place. The rooms are a bit spartan but very well appointed and the staff are incredibly helpful. The pool is divine - especially in the evening after the sun has set and one can float and star gaze. For me the the real treat is that the hotel is a short 8 minute walk or 3 minute drive down a rather rough road to the beach where the turutle release program operates."
