Fantastic property with amazing views

Pros: The apartments was spotless and the views were fantastic. Admittedly it is a bit scary the first time you navigate the sometimes narrow roads to reach the apartment but it is more than worth it. The apartment is very well equipped and Maddalena was always on hand to answer any questions and gave us lots of advice and restaurant recommendations. It is a great base from which to explore Garda with a decent supermarket a five minute drive away. Well recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the outstanding view.

Pros: The view, the comfortable apartment and last not least, Maddalenas attlitude. She was always ready and willing to help. Five stars for her. Cons: In the kitchen we missed a mixer and an oven for baking meals . It should be standard for an apartment of this class and price. In the shower, the doors were very difficult to open and close. Maddalena apologized and was going to fix it. On the balcony a parasol would be a good addtion.

Atemberaubender Blick auf den Gardasee

Pros: Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist atemberaubend: von der Wohnung aus, und insb. von der dazu gehörigen Dachterrasse! Davon abgesehen sehr schöne Wohnung: gutes Bett, schönes Bad, hell, große Terrasse, Dachterrasse mit Außen-Dusche mit Panorama-Blick auf Maderno und den Gardasee. Gastgeberin sehr nett und unkompliziert. Cons: Ausstattung könnte etwas hochwertiger sein.

Sehr gepflegtes, komfortables Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung war mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und bietet einen wundervollen Blick von der eigenen Terrasse auf den Gardasee. Dazu steht noch zusätzlich eine Dachterrasse mit Liegen zur Verfügung. Das Appartement liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Die freundliche Besitzerin ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich hervorragend, steht bei der sorgfältigen Einweisung bei der Ankunft sowie bei etwaigen Fragen unmittelbar zur Verfügung. Als besonders wertvoll empfanden wir die Klimatisierung der Räume. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern, alle Geräte und Einrichtungen wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank, elektrische Jalousien und Klimatisierung waren hochwertig und funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Appartement bietet daher alles, um sich im Urlaub richtig wohl zu fühlen. Cons: Nichts.

Genialer Ausblick in toller Wohnung

Pros: Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment, die Gastgeberin war spitze. In der Wohnung konnte man sich nur wohlfühlen WLAN, Klimaanlage Tiefkühler u.v.m , alles funktionierte. Lage ruhig, man hörte nur die Vögel und ein entferntes stampfen der Boote, trotzdem schnell unten am See ,7min. mit dem Auto an zwei Supermärkten 10 min. zum Boots- anleger. Es ist ratsam sich in den Fahrplan einzuarbeiten. Der große Balkon in der oberen Wohnung bot einen traumhaften Ausblick auf See und Berge, bei Gewitter auf ein grandioses Naturschauspiel. Es war einfach schön.

Erholung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir wurden direkt bei der Ankunft von Maddalena empfangen, die uns das wunderschöne Appartement im dritten Stock vorstellte. Schön eingerichtet und dabei einen traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee. Aus der Küche, dem Wohnzimmer, dem Schlafzimmer und dem Balkon war dieser Blick zu genießen. Die Sonne zieht am Nachmittag weiter, so dass sich auf der Dachterrasse für weitere Sonnenstunden noch Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen befinden. Gute Restaurants und die Stadt mit einer tollen Eisdiele, Bars und wundervollen Gassen sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Das Appartement ermöglicht zwar die tolle Aussicht, aber ohne Auto ist die Stadt nur schwer erreichbar. 40 Minuten, bergab und bergauf muss man pro Strecke einplanen, dass gibt den einen Stern Abzug bei „Lage und Umgebung“. Sonst war alles toll und Maddalena ist eine gute und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Perfekt! Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit dem besten Blick über den See.

Pros: Die Wohnung war wunderbar und die Veranda unübertroffen. Maddalena ist unglaublich freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und alle Fragen zu beantworten. Die Wohnung ist in echt fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Dass es nur italienische Sender gab, hat uns nicht gestört, da wir sowieso den ganzen Abend auf dem Balkon verbracht haben und den Blick und die Ruhe genossen haben. Der Weg nach unten in den Ort dauert ca. 30 Minuten und ist über die Querverbindungen für Fußgänger sehr schön zu laufen, rauf dauert es ca. 40 Minuten (alles gemütlich mit Pausen, echte Sportler schaffen das wahrscheinlich in der Hälfte der Zeit). Uns hat Toscolano Maderno besser gefallen als die großen Touristenorte am Gardasee. Viele Italiener machen hier Urlaub und in den kleinen Gässchen hinter dem Hafen ist man alleine. Auf jedem Fall ins Papiermühlental laufen und das Museum besuchen und einen Ausflug nach Salo machen.

Entspannung pur mit einer gigantischen Aussicht.

Pros: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit einem gigantischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Angaben. Sie ist schön eingerichtet mit einer sehr großen Terrasse. Wir haben hier sehr viel Zeit verbracht. Hier den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten ist ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Küche ist ausreichend mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Allerdings kein Backofen. Einige Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Allerdings braucht man für den Rückweg eine Beleuchtung. Es ist sehr dunkel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort unten vorhanden (ca. 2 Km). Ein Auto für diese Unterkunft ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Giuseppe ist toll! Jede unserer Anfragen hat er sofort beantwortet und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Mit einem Problem am Auto hat er für uns eine Werkstatt rausgesucht und uns in der Werkstatt angekündigt. Danke Giuseppe!! Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung unbedingt weiter. Wir kommen wieder. Cons: Nix zu beanstanden. Die Wohnung ist echt toll. Nur einige Anmerkungen. WLAN war nicht immer verfügbar und auch das mobile Netzt ist in der Wohnung manchmal dürftig. Das bietet allerdings Zeit für Spiele und Bücher und für Gespräche mit einen Wein auf der Terrasse 😉 Schwenkbare Halterung für den Fernseher wäre schön gewesen. Von der Couch her kann man kein TV gucke und es gibt nur italienische Sender. Wir haben einen Mülleimer für Restmüll vermisst. Und ein Messer zum schneiden wäre toll.
