Let yourself be enchanted; Italian tradition meets a noble ambiance. Old town villa with 160m², completely renovated, space for up to 14 guests, who can enjoy a meal together in the XXL living room with an open kitchen in front of the fireplace at a table for up to 20 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. About 600 meters, roughly a 5-minute walk through the old town past excellent traditional Italian restaurants and cafes, take you to the harbor, promenade, and swimming beaches, including a sandy beach. The house offers both mountains and lake views, as well as the charm of the old town combined. Numerous excursion opportunities to the waterfalls and paper mills in Toscolano. Boat trips to the islands. A ferry also runs hourly to the opposite shore. Within a 3-minute walk, you will find ample free public parking and full infrastructure. Dogs are very welcome. For children, a high chair and travel crib are available.
