endroit Magique pour des vacances de rêve.

l'appartement est nickel pour une famille de 4 personnes . très pratique sur plusieurs points : garage sécurisé dans le sous sol toujours à l'ombre . rien n'est à prévoir , tout est sur place . la vue sur la terrace est extraordinaire , nous ne nous sommes pas lassés des repas avec une vue magique. propriétaire très accueillant et toujours disponible , rapidité des échanges à mettre en avant , ce qui est très rassurant. les 2 meilleurs restaurant peuvent se faire à pied 1 en face et le second à moins de 100 M de l'appartement . nous y sommes resté 2 semaines avec nos chiens qui on également adoré les plages du bord du lac ou ils étaient autorisé. brès , je recommande sans aucun soucis , un très bon plan voir le meilleur plant pour des vacances réussie sur les bords du lac de Garde.

Einfach wunderschön und empfehlenswert

Unsere Familie hatte einfach einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Toscolano-Maderno. Die Ferienwohnung war toll, super sauber, mit Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage, und allem was in der Beschreibung stand, ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war atemberaubend, die Vermieter absolut super. Super gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Hervorragende Beratung für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Der kleine Pool war immer sauber, gut zum abkühlen und sehr beliebt bei Kindern und Erwachsenen :-). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Alessia begrüßt. Uns wurde alles was wichtig ist gezeigt, von der Einfahrt in die Garage bis zur Mülltrennung. Außerdem wurden uns noch ein paar Tips gegeben, sei es Ausflüge oder Empfehlungen für Bars und Restaurants. Der Pool ist klein aber, sehr sauber und für eine Abkühlung nach einem Ausflug optimal. Sehr gut fanden wir das es einen Wasserspender gibt der ,Tag und Nacht benutzt werden darf. Die Klimaanlage ist auch grandios an heißen Tagen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist am Tag sowie am Abend wunderschön. Also alles im allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Toscolano Maderno. Die Ferienwohnung ist toll, sogar mit Spülmaschine und Klimananlage! Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist bezaubernd, die Vermieter absolut super. Auch das Wetter hat gepasst. Der kleine Pool war sehr beliebt bei unseren Kindern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung im ersten Stock mit Aufzug.Der Aufzug geht von der Tiefgarage direkt zu den Wohnungen. Der Blick vom sehr großen Balkon über den Gardasee ist sagenhaft. Zwei Klimaanlagen,eine im Wohnzimmer und eine im Schlafzimmer erleichtern die sommerliche Hitze. Die Wohnung ist wirklich jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen. Auf YouTube kann man sich über die Wohnung informieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Wir trafen auf einen sehr sympatischen, freundlichen sowie hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bodenkacheln sind ein Traum. Für unsere Ansprüche steht das Haus leider zu dicht an der Straße. Dadurch Lärm, von früh morgens bis spät in die Nacht. Leider!!!! Die Aussicht war wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Doch nochmals : ganz positiv war der Kontakt zu Raffaele!

Ein prima Apartment mit unvergleichlicher Aussicht. Für den normalen Ferienaufenthalt alles vorhanden, was man braucht, gut in Schuss und gepflegt. Grundausstattung großzügig vorhanden.Aufmerksame, freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr hundefreundliche Atmosphäre. Wir kommen wieder.

Wohnung mit großartigem Ausblick auf den See

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Die gesamte Anlage wirkte sehr gepflegt. Auch die kleine - aber feine Poolecke - wurde von uns intensiv genutzt. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und sind jederzeit zur Stelle, sollte es Probleme geben. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Traumhaft

Die Lage des Hauses und der Zustand der Wohnung hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Blick auf und über den See ist absolut uneingeschränkt und wirklich atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist 1a und alles ist blitzsauber. Bei den aktuellen Temperaturenkann man glücklich sein, dass es hochwertige Klimageräte gibt und obendrein ein Pool zum Haus gehört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder hinfahren. Einziges Manko: Wer in Ruhe schlafen möchte muss nachts die Fenster geschlossen halten. Auf der schmalen Straße vor dem Haus brettern schon mal frisierte Mopeds durch die Nacht. Da sitzt man aufrecht im Bett.
