"Nautilus" is an elegant apartment in a two-unit designer villa located directly on the lake, complete with a private dock, direct lake access, and an adjacent beach.

The interiors are bright and elegant, featuring a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating a total of four guests.

The name “Nautilus” wasn’t chosen by chance: here, you truly feel as if you’re floating on the crystal-clear waters of the lake, just like aboard Captain Nemo’s legendary submarine, the protagonist of Jules Verne’s masterpiece “Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.” A place that invites you to explore, be surprised, and experience the lake with the wonder of an imaginary journey.

Nautilus is more than just an apartment: it’s a refuge suspended between sky and water, where Lake Garda becomes a living presence that accompanies every moment. Located in a modern, fully renovated two-unit villa, this exclusive retreat is just minutes from Gargnano, on the border with Toscolano Maderno, in an intimate setting that evokes nature and freedom. It’s also just minutes from the Bogliaco Golf Club, one of Italy’s oldest golf courses, featuring a splendid 18-hole course with panoramic lake views.

The villa overlooks the lake and boasts a small, secret beach—a hidden corner where time seems to slow down.
Guests can dock their boats at the buoy located right in front of the house and reach it via a futuristic jetty that automatically extends from the dock.

The apartment’s large private terrace is a natural stage that opens onto the horizon. A Jacuzzi overlooking the water, sunbathing areas with lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, and a table for al fresco lunches and dinners—all protected by elegant, automated sun sails: every detail is designed to allow for light, slow, and marvellous days.

Inside, light streams in through large sliding windows and fills the living area: a lounge with armchairs and a fireplace for quiet evenings, and an open-plan kitchen with a large island for sharing leisurely breakfasts or toasting at sunset.

The convenient car park, accessible from the main road, is connected to the apartment by stairs or lift, making every arrival simple and pleasant.
