Exceptional customer service and courtesy! They work hard at it. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very nice live guitarist playing live music which was relaxing. Talented artist. Bell hops and guest relations were spot on. Special compliments to Oustina, Isabella, and Fernando for great assistance to watch for our lost luggage!

"Nice hotel with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly and the room is comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, and you can hear the other hotel guests. Besides that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the spa."
