The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "What a charming boutique-style hotel! Wonderful friendly staff; perfectly located for the purpose of our visit. Lovely bar area for a nice glass of wine, comfortable room, nicely appointed and a delicious breakfast."
