フロントスタッフ、朝食会場のスタッフともに非常に丁寧で客に寄り添った姿勢を感じ、好印象。 ホテルの共用スペースや客室、外観は年季を感じ、お世辞にも綺麗とは言えない。また、客室内の設備も20世紀っぽさを感じ、なんとなくレトロな雰囲気をまとっている。 しかし、しっかりと整備、清掃されているので不快に思うこともなければ、不便に感じることもない。 ちょっとボロいビジネスホテルと理解して宿泊すれば何の文句もない。 なお、ホテルは鳥取駅や繁華街のすぐ近くにあるため食事やお酒には困らないと思う。

立体駐車場中心で大型車は外部になるのはやむ無しか。周囲に居酒屋も多く、町の中心部で買い物も困りません。昨今の物価高の中でこの値段はとても助かります。
