8/10 Very good! (25 reviews)
Personable and helpful staff, hotel organised in a traditional manner but modified with comforts expected in most hotels - safe and hidden from street noise and above all very conveniently located for Marrakech's attractions and for day-trips.

7.6/10 Good! (74 reviews)
A charming and pretty Riad with an okay room for an overall good stay. However, a few issues held it back: the window couldn't lock (security concern), water pressure was quite low, there was no complimentary tea or coffee, and the breakfast was poor.

7.6/10 Good! (19 reviews)
The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

"Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing ..."
