Nous avons été accueilli par une personne très désagréable,qui a notre avis devrait changer de métier. La chambre qui nous a été allouée ne correspondait pas du tout à notre réservation et nous avons été obligé de joindre Hôtel.com afin d’avoir la chambre réservée. La personne a l’accueil nous demandait un supplément de 30 euros pour avoir la chambre initialement réservé. Nous connaissons bien ce Campanile pour y séjourner à chaque fois que nous allons sur Toulouse. C’est la première fois que nous avons un problème de ce type. Sinon cet établissement est bien,mais la direction devrait certainement plus briefer son personnel.

Bon hôtel si vous voulez visiter la cité de l'espace à 5 minutes à pied. Lit super confortable, grande chambre et salle de bain. Clim donc super frais. Le seul bémol dans le bâtiment annex est vraiment le bruit, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres d'à côté et surtout au dessus (donc pas une bonne idée de mettre les groupes d'enfants/colo au dernier étage, ils courent du matin au soir, hurlent dans la chambre et on entend tout...)

Campanile prime...je croyais avoir affaire au nouveau campanile mais non car chambre standard et non confort....passe du 2 au 3 etoiles mais avoir les ancie es chambres avec une meilleur décoration et toujours et encore une chambre communicante...pas terrible surtout que le petit dejeuner ne fournisser pas d’oeufs brouillés, des pancakes mais sans sirop d’erable...pas le service d’un 3 étoiles !!!
