Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate for a short stay, but it was a little noisy when other guests were moving around the communal areas and locking/unlocking their doors.

The location is perfect! Just across the train station and walkable to explore the city. The single room I stayed was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable ( nice to have a second pillow), the air-con was controllable by me (perfect!). I had a window view of the river and the train station at far background, I was pleasantly surprised that the room was so quiet!! There are two supermarkets just few steps away. I've to say that the receptionist Alessandra added a smile to my experience in this hotel. She's so smiley and talked with humour. Her genuine cheerfulness is appreciated.☺️

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and excellent location for convenience for the station and walking to the sights. I would stay as a single woman. There is a bell to gain entry with someone on the desk 24 hrs.

Across the street access to train station. Great access to bars and restuarants just minutes away. Gal at front desk was very helpful in marking highlights on the tourist map and gave pointers on what we should do in the limited time we had in the city.

A nice hotel.

The staff were very friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was not especially large, but it was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Friendly hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. For being on a main road it was a very quiet room and the curtains blocked out all the light. Nice to have air con too. Breakfast was good and hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the main square. The supermarket next door was great

A nice, clean hotel, perfectly located (right next to the airport shuttle stop, and close to the main train and subway station). (The WiFi Internet was a little slow, by 2023 standards, however.)

Rashid at reception was charming, efficient and helpful. It's a mostly pleasant central budget hotel. The neighborhood was quiet as it was a Sunday, otherwise the nearby stripclub and prostitutes might be a bore.

I think it's very convenient because it's close to Toulouse Station and the shuttle bus from the airport is also close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful as they were available 24 hours a day. The hotel has everything in terms of condition, but I think it would have been better if there was a little more separation between the bathroom and the partition.
